Peak Learning LLC was founded in 2010 as a provider of Online Live Professional Development one-hour seminars called Learning Breaks. In late 2014 the training division of Peak Solutions, Inc. was merged into Peak Learning to provide a more effective solution to meet the training requirements of today’s business clients.

Rick Fogarty, Peak Learning President and founder, holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Millersville University. Mr. Fogarty has served in the Information Technology industry in the Central PA region since 1980, and has extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and the IT technical training marketplace. Mr. Fogarty previously held positions in sales and sales management with ComputerLand, Productivity Point International, and started the Training Division as Vice President at Peak Solutions, Inc. in 2004.
